By creating an account, checking legal acceptance at registration, or using the Service (website, dashboard, or mobile app), you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use GNL. You must be at least 18 years old.
GNL provides multi-tenant automation and analytics for Binance Spot trading using API keys you supply. Features may include automated signals and orders (when you enable live trading), portfolio dashboards, push/email alerts, optional AI strategist features, and a paid SaaS subscription. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
You connect your own exchange API credentials. Cryptocurrency and fiat remain on the exchange under your control. GNL does not hold customer funds. You are solely responsible for: (a) secure key management; (b) permissions (enable Spot trading and reading; disable withdrawals); (c) IP restrictions; (d) monitoring positions; (e) taxes and legal compliance in your jurisdiction, including UAE VARA/SCA or other rules that may apply to your activity.
The product path is Spot only. Futures, margin, and leveraged products are outside the supported GNL path. Do not configure keys for destructive permissions you do not intend.
Access for non-admin accounts generally requires an active paid plan GNL Pro billed at approximately $30 per 30 days (amounts configurable server-side; see Pricing). Billing and payment links are processed via ClickiLink Partner payments (and its payment rails such as Ziina). GNL does not store full card numbers. Period access continues until the paid period ends unless renewed. Failure to pay may disable trading features. Admin/review free access may exist for operations and App Review — not a public promise of free service.
AI and rule engines can be wrong, delayed, or unavailable. They may hold cash, miss moves, or lose money. Nothing in GNL guarantees profits or protection from loss. Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by UAE law. Past, paper, shadow, or demo results do not predict future results.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, non-payment, or legal risk. Safety systems (kill switch, daily loss limits, stop floors, flatten-to-USDT) may interrupt trading; kill switch is user-controlled and AI may not re-enable it without you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, GenuineNL, its operators, and suppliers are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, exchange or LLM outages, Earn locks preventing sells, slippage, fees, or third-party failures (including Binance, ClickiLink, payment processors, hosting, push, SMTP). Aggregate liability for paid claims, if any, is limited to fees you paid GNL for the three months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; those limits apply only to the extent allowed.
GNL software, branding, and documentation remain our property. You retain ownership of your account data and exchange balances. You grant us a limited license to process data solely to provide the Service.
You may stop using GNL and delete vault keys at any time. We may terminate or suspend access on notice or immediately for material breach / risk. Surviving clauses: liability, IP, governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Dubai, UAE, are a preferred venue for disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
